Fradswell, Staffordshire.

This scheme required the construction of a single storey link between the existing farmhouse and the outbuildings.

The link was formed using a structural frame of air dried European oak, incorporating reclaimed bricks and tiles which had to be an accurate match to the existing buildings. Internal finishes were to the highest specification creating additional living space of exceptional quality.

Waltham in the Wolds, Leicestershire.

Working with Phillips Joinery, our specialist joinery partners, the project involved the creation of a superb conservatory extension to this recently built manor house in Leicestershire.

Hulland Village, Derbyshire.

This project involved the creation of a two storey extension over an existing garage.

Careful selection of external finishes was required to match the existing property which is on the edge of a Conservation Area.

Electricity generating photo-voltaic tiles were incorporated into the new roof construction.
