Midlands sites required with planning permission for a minimum of three residential properties. Either new build or conversion with the potential for quality, high specification homes.
Retail/ Leisure:
Midlands town centre freehold property required. Minimum ground floor area of 1500 sq. ft. Vacant or subject to existing tenancy in prime/good secondary locations.
